We deliver your order inflated with air or helium (depending on your order) usually the next day.

Q: What happens if I don't choose a colour theme?
Our lovely balloon experts will select the colour of balloons which will best compliment your centrepiece

Q: Can I add Numbers and Letters?
Yes. Just add them separately to your cart and we will add them to your bunch.
Please note, bulky orders may arrive as two parcels to build the bunch.

Q: Can I collect my balloons?
No.
We deliver urgent orders and personalised displays within a 1hr radius of the Ascot / Windsor area can sometimes be delivered same day for a charge. Best check with us by emailing sales@cloud9balloon.com to see what is possible.

Q: Can I request a delivery date?
We can not guarantee a date and time of delivery. This is made on a request basis only.
Usually your order will be prepared on the same or next day as the order was placed and delivered on the day you have specified or the next delivery date available in the case of weekend deliveries.
DPD do NOT guarantee any delivery at weekends and where you specify a weekend delivery date - this is requested at your own risk the balloons will be delayed in transit until the next available DPD delivery date.

Q: Can I change my mind?
Our products are short life disposable products and once an order has been packaged and shipped it is sadly not possible to recall or refund an order once shipped.
Best to complete the online order issue form to check if the order has already been dispatched, if not we can cancel.

Q: My balloon popped before it arrived!
All products leave our care in pristine condition, however due to the nature of the product, they can occasionally pop in transit, especially in extreme temperatures. If this happens, best to email us the order reference number with a picture and description of the balloon that was popped on arrival within 24 hrs and we can process the request in accordance with our Terms and Conditions or Sale and Return and Refunds Policy.

Q: Can I ship balloons overseas?
To ensure the premium quality of our products we don't ship overseas.
Due to the location of our warehouse and risk of deterioration with time in transit, we sadly don't ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles or Scotland.

Q: My loved one was not home!
Ideally you should inform your loved one to look out for "something cute" coming in the post. If they are not in, we usually leave the package in a safe place till they come back home.

Q: Its for a special occasion on a particular date!
You can request a delivery for a set date and leave us a note on your order however this is not guaranteed.
All deliveries are subject to DPD scheduling and availability in your local area.
If you are still concerned, after placing your order, complete the order issues form online and we will try our best to review and resolve your issue.

Q: Are there any safety issues I should be aware of?
Helium can potentially be dangerous where it is inhaled since it deprives the body of oxygen. You must not inhale the helium or allow anyone else to do this. Please seek immediate medical treatment if you have any health concerns around the misuse of the helium in your balloons.
Also please dispose of balloon, component and accessory debris after use.
WARNING: To avoid the danger of suffocation or choking please keep all products, components and accessories away from animals, disabled persons, babies and children.

Q: Is this not wasting helium?
The Cloud 9 team uses a very low grade of unrefined helium which is unfit for medical, chemical, scientific or other purposes.
Any abuse against our staff for performing their employment duties will be reported to the police.

Q: Can I release my balloon when I am done?
No - that's not the kindest or most enviromental idea. Our balloons can all be recycled and but to another use.
Please pop it and bin it. Balloon releases can be distressing or harmful to animals, wildlife, the environment and overhead technology. Please be kind to our environment!

If your order concerns a DPD matter such as a late delivery, failed delivery, damaged delivery, delivery on the wrong date, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions we would request you first contact DPD to resolve the matter directly using the tracking information we have provided since all delivery issues are outside our reasonable control once your parcel has been handed to DPD. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time as we do not control DPD's local delivery scheduling for weekends and Bank Holidays. ALL Cloud 9 Balloons Ltd shipments are prepared, packaged and shipped in a pristine condition, which is quality checked by at least 2 staff members. Whilst most deliveries are a success story, we are a small business and not able to account for the negligence or behaviour of an multi-national courier company.
